“Great drop off experience. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I had a decent cup of coffee in the waiting area before leaving to take a walk and then go home. I was contacted with a service video and told when the service was complete. When u picked up my vehicle it was returned to me in fair condition. The service was performed well. The bag thing was the technician left dirty fingerprints in the interior. Otherwise everything else was good.”
“Well located, I stopped in when I noticed a lull in the activity of cars outside. I was second in line, and 45 mins later walked out with a PASS on the results sheet. Professional crew, no messing about. While waiting, I heard them with less fortunate customers and if I hadn't passed, I likely would have had them do the repair. Deep knowledge counts. Good work guys !”

“We have lived in Clayton for 3 years now and find ourselves using Tire Choice on Clayton road for all of our vehicles. Last year they replaced both front struts to our truck and we bring our other two vehicles in for maintenance and oil changes often. Their customer service is always above and beyond.
Today was beyond exceptional that I HAD to write a review. We popped a tire on our trailer and were stressed out about getting it replaced, my husband drove to TireChoice and spoke with David, the current store manager. David helped us get a replacement tire clocked off and on his way home from work came to our trailer with tools and was readily there to help, he changed our tire and we made a new friend. We love local businesses, we love that David is a local in our area and soo willing to help. For this reason I will always steer people to Tire Choice-Concord. Thank you David!!”
