Willie gave me an estimate and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable about the work he was going to do. He went above and beyond with my car. The paint looks brand new, like I just bought the car! He fixed everything that was damaged and even took care of things beyond what I originally expected.

They are courteous and will give you all the time required to describe your vehicles issues. Then will make sensible recommendations to fix the issues. They take pride in their service and treat customers with respect. Once the service provided does not require a follow up visit as they take time to make sure everything is working properly. The pricing for services is reasonable and there are no unnecessary recommended. I would very highly recommend Orinda Motors for your next vehicle service.”
“Great drop off experience. The service advisor was friendly and professional. I had a decent cup of coffee in the waiting area before leaving to take a walk and then go home. I was contacted with a service video and told when the service was complete. When u picked up my vehicle it was returned to me in fair condition. The service was performed well. The bag thing was the technician left dirty fingerprints in the interior. Otherwise everything else was good.”

“I decided to go ahead with Sonoma Auto Tech because the Subaru dealership wanted to charge me $1050 for a CVT, Brake, Rear and differential fluid change, and oil change. After taking it to Sonoma auto tech, the car only needed an oil change after inspecting them. The car also got a tire rotation and engine air filter changed. They saved me over $800! I will definitely be coming back!”

Went to the dealership for a recall who tried to sell me some additional services but I was suspicious so I brought the vehicle to Jeff. Sure enough, there was nothing requiring attention at this time. And no charge to inspect and test drive my vehicle. Wow! It's comforting to get my regular oil changes from them (which are very reasonably priced) and have them look over my vehicle because I know I can trust them when a repair is really needed.”

“My van's emission monitors don't reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didn't work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So that's when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and they'll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I don't have to bring it in again, but if I do I won't even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.”
