The staff there is friendly unless they are very busy. They do a good job however anyway.

Don’t use this location for receiving items. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences with UPS for returns but I paid extra to have a special gift held at this location as I wasn’t sure I would be home and didn’t want it stolen off the porch during the holiday season. The owner I believe, Sudha, first signed for it, then refused my package and it was returned to sender one day after they told me it was lost at the store even though they had my address and I actually asked them to deliver it to my house and told customer service I would pay an additional fee for changing it again if it turned up. At his store I attempted pickup twice and I gave my contact info to call me as soon as it showed up and begged them not to return to sender if it did. None of our money (expedited shipping or add on fees) were refunded and they were not kind or knowledgeable and actually hung up on me once while I was still asking a question about what I could do on its original delivery date of the 26th. I was kind and patient at every interaction but I’m really disappointed in this store I thought would be a safe access point for my holiday package and will reconsider using UPS as a whole myself. Avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever. First time I call and I was planning on going to this UPS store but after I called I will never go there.I called to check on sizes of boxes and inquired about the cost of the size to get an idea and the lady that answered my call at around 12:47pm today she said, “I cannot tell you prices over the phone I have a long line you can come take a look” and hung up on me.I understand she was busy but the response that I got was extremely rude and disrespectful. It could have been handled differently. Very unprofessional!

The only reason I would ever walk into this establishment is for Amazon returns. I would NEVER spend a dime to support this business. The (female) owner is always so rude. I popped in last week to drop off a few things to send back to Amazon and there she was... berating one of her own employees. Saying loudly, "You're not a child.... (Do xyz)". I don't remember the rest of her banter because I was so in shock as to how she publicly embarrassed this person with the store full of people. She did so without even talking the time to understand the employee was already helping one customer and that's why the other was waiting. Never again. I'd rather drive to Vallejo.

I did my live scan here which went smoothly, but i ended up getting a rejection letter from the DOJ due to miswritten information, even though everything was written correctly. Doing another live scan would've been free as long as i had my rejection letter, but when i went back to this location, the owner refused to have the live scan redone because nothing was wrong with my application. Honestly, the owner was rude and defensive about the situation saying it was not her fault. They told me to call the DOJ and asked why it was rejected because they weren't going to redo my scan. They said they would charge me $80 again even though i had the rejection letter. I honestly didn't care whose fault it was, i just wanted to get my scan redone so i could get my license.Didn't want to waste my time, so I just ended up going to a different UPS from my previous address and i explained my situation to them. I still had to pay $80, but they told me that i should've went to their location initially because they would've done the live scan free of charge as long as i had the rejection letter. It didn't matter if the application was written correctly, as long as i had the letter i was good to go.Not only that, but the Benicia UPS didn't collect USPS packages. My former UPS collected USPS packages, so i guess each location is just different. With this situation, i was waiting on the side carrying my USPS packages and the owner had already told me that they don't accept USPS packages, but i guess she didn't know i was also waiting for the customer ahead of me to be done with their live scan. I overheard the owner asking one of her employees, "what is she still doing here?" Then her employee told her that i was just waiting for a live scan. To the owner, if you got a "problem," just ask the customer because the store is so small that everyone can hear you "whispering." We can hear everything you're saying. Also, situational awareness. She was talking to a relative on the UPS work phone getting mad at what i'm assuming is a relative who also works there scolding him to come into work and even said on the phone to stop with the "bullcrap" excuses and being lazy. Go to the back of the store and complain to him where customers don't have to hear or see that. Be professional. Otherwise two young women were very kind to me. One of them checked me in at the register and the other did my live scan. The young lady at the register was very nice and sweet and made sure that all my questions were answered. The young lady who did my live scan gave good instructions and made sure that every print was in good quality. Thanks for being kind! Appreciate your guys' customer service.

I've been to this store multiple times--to get documents notarized, fax documents, and return items to Amazon. Every time the store personnel have been friendly and efficient.

Took them 1 month to print something that was submitted for same day print, and charged me twice. Take a look at their reviews. I'm not the only one having problems with them. Spoke to the owner directly, and they have my name and phone number. If they're trying to pretend that they're trying to resolve this well, don't believe it.

I’ve printed here several times and just paid $0.25 per BW page. I sent my print job to their gmail account and as I’m familiar with their system I let the employees know I just needed to print something. I was told it was $2.50 for computer use and one of the employees rudely said that there’s a sign on the computer. I told them I just used it to print one page and that I’ve never paid the $2.50 charge before and they just said that was always their policy. If they had printed it instead of me would they have waived the computer use charge? It seems a bit ridiculous to charge almost $3 to print one page. I wish the employees had been a bit nicer. I won’t be coming back here.

I don't waste my time doing reviews unless I'm really pleased or really ticked off. The young kid is rude. The people who run it can be rude and close early. I guess they don't realize that the way you treat your customer as the number one way to grow a business. Thay lost me as a coustomer.

UPS told me they were a drop off location that they would show me how to Have them scan my phone for a label, but they stated that the written out label on the package was perfectly fine and acceptable for this prepaid package. eBay generated the tracking number. UPS stated they were a drop off location would help me, but they claimed they could not do such a thing they wouldn't even look at my phone, I was told to print out a label on the computer for $2.50 but that would've been a waste of time because they couldn't even do it. They told me the manager would call me yet she was in the store in the background in the young lady snickered in my face when I thanked her for her help and went outside to try and generate the stupid code. Don't give these people a nickel of your business! They are nasty, unprofessional, and don't give a hoot about their customers. Furthermore, they also blocked me so I could not call the store and leave a message for the really smart manager that was trying to help me just kidding. She was the opposite as well.

Ridiculous pricing to ship packages. They told me it would cost $26 so I went to USPS instead and shipped the same package for $12 and will be delivered a day before UPS' delivery date. Good luck with your "inflation"

I've been to this store locations a few times and been lucky enough to be assisted by a young man named Phillip. To say he was helpful would be an understatement! He helped me with so much and was able to help everyone that came in the store at the same time. I rarely write reviews but i had to for him! He was that good and will be successful in any job he chooses. I wish I had employees that worked this hard! Thank you Phillip!
