I rely on this UPS location at Solano Sq in Benicia. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have shipped numerous packages here, used the fingerprinting, notary, and passport photo services. They are the best location I have used locally and from MA, CO, NY, and AZ.

The family that owns this store is great . Always helpful and welcoming. The young girl that works there with long hair is rude and constantly out of line. Has a snarky comment for everything. I’m tired of being told that I am ruining the environment for asking for a receipt. Stay in your lane.
