The manager at the Benicia branch on military street is extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely.The worst service i've ever had at a bank

ATM Shorted me $60.00 while the branch was open. Staff couldn't or wouldn't resolve this. Told me to use the red phone in the branch. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. They said they will investigate. Rotten customer service and worst interest rates of any bank in Benicia.

Super helpful staff and Aubrey is a great manager. We've been banking here for over 30 years and it's the best. Never a long line, always greeted with a smile and my banking handled with alacrity.
