“i expected it to be the usual bank experience, wait forever and leave frustrated, but it was actually the opposite. i come here all the time now for my banking, the tellers recognize me and actually smile. the manager helped me sort out an issue with my account in like ten minutes, which my old bank took three weeks to even look at. the atm drive through is always clean and working, never had to hunt for a receipt or wait in a long line. i’ve been back four times in the last month and everyone seems genuinely happy to help, it’s weird but impressive for a bank. gonna keep coming back for sure.”
