Angel saved my bathroom remodel! I showed her some inspo photos and told her a few details of what I was trying to achieve, in a minute, she came back with some tiles which was exactly what I was looking for! She's amazing! I recommend anyone who needs help with their tile selection to go see Angel!

The extensive variety of tiles is impressive and even overwhelming. Angel Lee listen carefully to our needs, and efficiently provided us with great guidance on selecting combinations of tiles and grout we are very happy with.

Years ago, 7 to be exact, we went a place called Import Tile where we got a lovely marble like porcelain tile for our bathroom floors. This store had a great selection on its smallish space, was busy and bustling with activity. Fast forward to a couple months ago and we were contemplating a refresh of our bathroom. We kept receipts of the original tile and discovered that Import Tile was no more. Aieee! A casualty of the pandemic?? So we went on the Quest for New Tile for a Bathroom Refresh. I always loved natural stone like marble or even limestone, but the upkeep in a shower application? No thanks. And so when we saw this place we said, "natural stone?" no thanks and skipped it. Ha. Now more details on the Quest: we have a bright, warm color that we thought our tile needed to match or somehow complement. And we had this cool mirror with colors on it... so matching was getting a little complicated. The current tile was white glossy 3x3. Totally generic. Straight out of central casting. Aged well (amazing grout), but we thought this was a chance to bring our bathroom into the 21st c. As the Quest resulted in nothing, we came here, and discovered that Import Tile was reincarnated into this great big, airy space, with hundreds of choices! Slabs! Porcelain! Italian! Oy.... How. To. Choose? But do not hesitate. Angel helped us: brought out sample 1 and sample 2. A little chit chat and reflection, and we ended up with sample 1 and We. Are. Thrilled. It's off white, so it doesn't compete but complements our colors; and it's got cool texture, sort of a slightly weathered painted brick. Quest completed. Next time we'll just go here. Full stop.

I remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms and added a new bathroom to my home, so I needed a lot of quartzite and tile! There are so many options, and design and making decisions that could last a lifetime are not my forte! Honestly I was dreading this part of the project. Lucky for me, the staff at All Natural are wonderful. We worked with Alana. She was so patient with me and showed me all the options based on vague ideas I had about what I wanted. She also helped me think about details like grout to make sure I would be happy about the final product. I ended up going with Sonoma and Crossville brands for all tile, and got three beautiful New Seed Pearl quartzite slabs. If you believe the adage that your true character comes out when things don't go as planned (I believe this!), then Alana has one of the best characters of anyone you'll meet. The tile for the backsplash in our kitchen was incorrectly ordered. I contacted Alana as soon as I realized the mistake and she instantly jumped into action. She acknowledged the error, promptly ordered the tile I wanted (at no charge to me), and kept me apprised of the status of the new tile. My only potential improvement suggestion for All Natural is that the pricing could be more transparent. I'm typically one who likes to compare all options based on price and quality to find the best value option. No prices are posted, so it would take a very long time to do this at All Natural. I still have no idea if I got a good value, but I do love what I got! I'll post photos once my contractor takes some professional shots.

This probably have been a five-star review, had the salesperson and All Natural Stone kept their original promise. Without going into too much detail, we were re-doing a master bathroom - and possibly another bathroom, and ordered enough floor and wall tile for both. The question we had when placing and purchasing the order was, if we decide to not move forward with the second bathroom, can we return the unused tile. The answer from the salesperson was an adamant yes, but there will be a re-stocking fee. Admittedly, I was only slightly involved in this whole transaction - BUT, I do remember that answer as well. As you can surmise, we decided to do just the one bathroom and when the job was finished, and had probably over $1,000 worth of materials left over All Natural Stone said no to a return. If we knew this would be the case, we certainly would have only purchased enough for the one bathroom - but hey, she got her bigger sale and I guess that's all that matters. We we told we could possibly donate it though, thanks ANS! For now, the leftovers just sit in my garage...

We were in a tough spot. Our general contractor had us use the Dublin All Natural Stone store where we got some bad advice on design (glass bars looked terrible on the wall), and the installation went woefully wrong. Glass tiles fell off the shower wall in two days, the installer didn't plumb the wall, used the wrong cement, and then ran out of tiles for the floor. We needed a skilled tile person to fix the glass mosaic section with a new install, and we needed fresh consultation for the Master bath design since we were not going to use the same designer (who decided to go to lunch 5 minutes before our last appointment in Dublin and showed up 45 minutes late). We went to the Berkeley All Natural Stone store and found Angel Lee. Angel had bright, fresh ideas. She had resources to recommend for 1) fixing the glass tile mosaic and 2) recommended several skilled tile artist options who could competently do the work for the master bath with walk-in closet. The Berkeley store has a whole different atmosphere than the Dublin location, it's open, great lighting, and they have Angel Lee. She wanted to understand what we wanted in our bathroom by actually seeing the space. She positively turned our project around, saved the first bathroom with her referrals to fix it, and the results are fabulous. She knew right away they had used the wrong cement type and wrong color cement for the glass tiles. She had keen color recommendations for the Master bath accent tiles, came up with a new design, and we have a beautiful master bath as a result. If you want help with design and solid tile selection recommendations, Angel Lee is a wonderful person to work with at the Berkeley All Natural Stone store.

Less like a store than like a coworking space. Not clear who's an employee and who isn't. When we found an employee, she treated us like aliens. Couldn't have made it more clear that she'd rather be doing something else

I have had many positive experiences at All Natural Stone over the last few decades. This includes when this store used to be called Import Tile. I was recently helped by Cameron T. and Tom L. and they were both extremely helpful. I have purchased tile for my home and my residential rental property during this time, including floor tile, backsplash tile and countertop tile. The customer service here is excellent and the products are high quality.

Lately, I keep hearing Vinnie, one of the radio hosts on KLLC 97.3, boosting All Natural Stone on the morning show. I am sure this celebrity client receives excellent treatment at ANS, but the last time I heard him do this, my patience ran out and I decided to Yelp about my mostly-not-great experiences with this outfit. I visited this store in early 2020 when I was planning to update my ancient vinyl kitchen floor. I wanted ceramic tile that looked like slate. The first time I came by, I was assisted by a really friendly, helpful Latinx woman--possibly Maricela? She helped me narrow down a few "candidates" and gave me samples to take home. Unfortunately, none of them quite fit the spec. When I came back to return the samples, Maricela was out to lunch and I was unsmilingly "greeted"--if you can call it that--by a middle-aged blond woman who sat at a desk near the entrance. Her whole vibe was, "What are you even doing here?" It was confusing after my positive experience with her much nicer colleague. There was a lot of strangeness about where I should set the samples down--it was so weird that she didn't just smile, thank me, and take them out of my hands. I walked out feeling that I had been quite poorly treated. I ended up buying the perfect tiles from Cal Tile Company in Alameda. I also have a peninsula in my kitchen which, for reasons I won't bore readers with, had a big, ugly gap next to the wall. A handy friend offered the great suggestion of covering the gap with a backsplash cut from the same material (Silestone recycled glass) as my countertops. All Natural Stone carries this product, so, despite the cold way I'd been treated during my previous visit, I returned to see if they could help me with this solution. The man I approached for help said that they wouldn't cut/sell anything less than a relatively large slab. This guy--who was far more interested in talking than listening, and had a vaguely condescending attitude--also said that that kind of backsplash was "out" these days, and tried to guide me toward several products that would have clashed hideously with my counters, and would not have worked for my purposes anyway. Strike Two did not improve the bad taste left in my mouth by his hostile blond co-worker. I will definitely not be returning when I update my bathrooms. I would suggest people go to Cal Tile Company in Alameda instead. They have a huge variety of tiles, and everyone there treated me with kindness and respect even though I'm not a well-known radio personality.
