All Natural Stone

Kitchen & Bath
Hours: All Natural Stone is a reputable tile and stone retailer known for its impressive selection of countertop slabs and porcelain tiles from renowned manufacturers. Customers praise the store's extensive variety, which can be both exciting and overwhelming, but the knowledgeable staff, such as Angel Lee and Alana, are there to provide guidance and help navigate the options. The store's history dates back to its previous incarnation as Import Tile, which was a beloved destination for customers seeking high-quality products. When Import Tile closed, likely due to the pandemic, All Natural Stone stepped in to fill the void, offering a bright, airy space with hundreds of choices, from Italian porcelain to natural stone slabs. Customers have had positive experiences working with the staff, who are described as patient, attentive, and skilled in providing design recommendations. The team has helped customers select the perfect tiles and countertops to complement their home's existing features, even when faced with challenging design decisions. While the store's pricing may not be the most transparent, customers have expressed satisfaction with the final results, praising the quality of the products and the excellent customer service. The Berkeley location, in particular, is noted for its welcoming atmosphere and the expertise of Angel Lee, who has been instrumental in turning around challenging projects and delivering beautiful, functional spaces. Overall, All Natural Stone is a trusted destination for homeowners and contractors seeking high-quality tile and stone products, supported by a knowledgeable and dedicated staff committed to helping customers achieve their design goals.
