They temporarily fixed my AirPods and I told him they were going to break again as soon as they got home as they had in the past, and they basically said too bad, and obviously, yes they broke again. Atrocious service.

I want to share my recent experience with your stores. I replaced my phone with zero payment, which is clearly shown on my first receipt. However, when I went to the 4th store, they charged me $149 for the same replacement.
This was unexpected and completely different from what I was originally told. Because of this, I am very disappointed with the service. I should not have been charged anything, and I should not have had to deal with conflicting information between stores.
Due to this experience, I will no longer buy any products from your stores .

Amazing service. I was trading-in MacBook and iPhone for Air I bought 2 weeks ago in Boston. He solved a problem that Boston was helpless with. Damien was incredibly swift and helpful and gave me some good Mac tips when I asked.

I bought an iPhone yesterday, and honestly, it was a horrible customer service experience. They handed me the wrong phone even though I had already pre-ordered it. My original order was cancelled after a month of waiting, and I had to pre-order again. Itās been such a frustrating process. The employees were rude. Horrible

The Asian female sales assistant's attitude was the worst. She was grumpy from the beginning, and in the end she left in a bad mood without answering my questions about the products and my order (we only had a few minutes of conversation).

I would give this store āManagerā on Monday 10/13/2025 at around 11:30am an unlimited negative review if it is possible. We came with online Apple technicianās advice on an Apple Watch s10. Itās losing paints and looks as ugly as sick. I followed the advice from the Apple online help going there for drop off and mail in repair. It is going to be repaired under warranty. The Manager, who claimed he is the store manager under no supervisor, did not review what we had communicated online; and insisted on his personal opinion- accused me of scratching the face and the back of the watch and charged me $299. I wanted him to review what has been communicated on messages and he refused. I wanted him to make an appointment for me and he refused further by threatening me with labeling the $299 on my watch and my account. G!! I understand now itās recession and ppl even big brands are downsizing and downgrading the services. But in a management position you shall consider your product and care your customers. What do you have otherwise to reclaim the first of value!! This Manager sucked my day! Think before you visit this store.

Immediately got serviced. Apple device help was outstanding. Clean floors and counters. Apple team will greet with smiles and I watched this as well while my 25minutes of service in store.

I needed to have *several* issues taken care of at Apple 4th Street Berkeley yesterday and I am so very pleased to report that all of them were taken care of professionally, courteously, and quickly!
Everyone who helped me was terrific! it seems as if no request from me was a problem for those professionals and I heartily recommend this Store!

Came in for a battery replacement for an iPhone and was pleased with the service. It took a little over an hour to have a brand new battery installed. They also took time to fix another problem the phone had without charging extra. Parking seems difficult here but amtrak is a short walk away.
