“This branch is one of the best in the Bay Area, and there seems to be one every couple of blocks in the City of San Francisco (where I live) so saying this branch is one of the best, if not the best in the Bay Area is a huge thing to say. This branch is ideally located downtown and easily accessible, for me it's half a block from my office and thus makes for baking during their hours happen. One thing about this branch to which I dislike is the fact that without warning they close and have out of service ATM with no alternative branch or ATM option posted. Overall a good branch!”

“Well, I am not sure why so many people are bent out of shape with their negative reviews...I had a perfectly pleasant exchange with the teller who helped me. My ATM card got hacked, and I needed some cash, hence the ACTUAL human interaction! I didn't get her name, but she was courteous and sympathetic to my situation.One day, I'm sure most folks like myself, will have to accept the digital era. Face to face interactions with other humans will possibly be less frequent...but until that day? I will gladly exchange a smile and a quick hello with my fellow non-bots.Thank you me Lady...you brightened up an already sunny day, hopefully yours is a little brighter as well. Aaaand I have analog paper money in my pocket!Peace.”
