Trew was AMAZING. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as great to talk to and patient while we waited forever for my old phone to finally sync (my fault for never deleting anything, not hers). The experience was 10/10. Thanks again for taking care of me, Trew!

The person who helped us in the physical store, 2180 Shattuck Ave., was Bryant, who was very patient and friendly in answering our questions and actively helped us solve our problems. Thank him very much!
However, I found that some offline employees did not have access right to solve some issues, so they could not help us solve it, and they had to spend a long time calling different departments online to ask them to help solve it. Hopefully, AT&T can improve this and make offline services simpler and faster.

Phenomenal AT&T Store on Shattuck due to the exceptional and personable customer service provided today by both Fanon and Sydnee. They were incredibly helpful in transitioning from iPhone 13 Pro Max, to the newer iPhone 15 Pro Max. Had the opportunity for hands on help and assistance for trading in, purchasing new accessories and also ordering a new iPad! Lovely experience and so grateful to both Fanon and Sydnee, and others who made for a great positive day and outcome. Highly recommended for all apple products, including upgrades, trouble-shooting and more.

Employees are very mean, also they don’t want to help you, I asked for a manager they told me they don’t have one, then she told me that their manager was in vacation for 2 weeks, I will be back in 2 weeks and I want to talk with a manager because their employees tell you prices so you get any deal but then in your bill they charge 10 times what they say, it is a robbery, I dont recommend this location, neither at&t as a company they suck.

I believe the rep who helped me was named Jenn. She was the most efficient service I have ever received in upgrading a phone. She helped me with both upgrading and updating my iCloud storage and recent backup to the cloud. Thank you very much for your hard work and esteemed demeanor, Jenn! Bravo - she certainly represents this AT&T location well.

Sydnee and her manager were a breath of fresh air! The level of customer service was absolutely top notch!! Sydnee worked with my mother and I to upgrade our phones and find a more suitable plan for us. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Easy, light, and fun! Thank you!!!!!
