Trying to reach a customer service representative to file a fraud claim took several hours and many robots. Are there humans who work there? The customer service is so bad it seems like a scam.

Even though they were understaffed and one of their main tellers was running late, the guy and the woman at the counter were so incredibly nice and patient. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they managed to squeeze me in to speak with someone.

Understaffed, often a line of 4+ people and only one working teller. But Bouchra is awesome!

Thank you for all the help in particular Boushra who did her best to make sure I had all my documents ready and took real good care of me and my Family. Jesus Mendoza was very fast and efficient and made everything easy and efficient. Thank you so much for the service, can’t wait to come again

My experiences at this branch have been quite rough. They do not answer the phone, even when there are no customers in the store. Communication with the tellers is very difficult, as they seem to be missing important information that is vital for their customer service abilities. They also do not wear name tags and refuse to give you their first names. The situation escalated when someone named Ivory came to assist the teller with something they didn't know how to do. Ivory began to misgender me. When I asked to be addressed correctly, Ivory's response was, "Oh come now", and then continued to misgender me. I was quite shaken as the misgendering went on; I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I know I was visibly upset because the teller continued to say, "you can calm down or you can leave" while also misgendering me. These employees should be trained on how to better interact with different kinds of people.

Came on Monday 12th December at 11am asking for wiring my money to my home account because I’m leaving the country. They told me they couldn’t help at the moment so I should wire the money myself through the mobile app and call by phone to close the account. I came back the very same afternoon Monday 12th December at 15h in order to ask for help with the transfer since the web page did not allow wire transfer for more than $1000. They got me an appointment for Wednesday 14th December at 14:30h ensuring I can do both on the same appointment. I came to this appointment and they tell me they can not make wire transfers since Tuesday. Moreover they clarified me that a wire transfer will take 3 to 5 days and I can not close the account earlier than that. All the time I was explaining that I leave US on Saturday. That I thought a week to do this was enough. They were telling me all time it was ok. Now they just sent me to another office that I hope it’s not closed since I came to this office on Monday after reading an announcement at this other office being closed permanently…

This is the worst customer service ever. Last week we went to this location, the teller kept us waiting even though she did not have any customer in front of her. She was chatting with a lady sitting on the back desk. The teller was rude, while we asked why keeping us waiting, the lady that was in the back curly dark hair was worst than the teller. She was loud and extremely rude. We asked for manager, she said she is the manager, could not believer what we heard. They should shut down this location.

I've been there twice in the past week and everything was alright. I didn't wait that long even without having any appointment.I would just recommend to go there early in the morning as I've seen tons of people in the line after 11am. But definitely, if you go there at 9 or even 10, you should not wait that much! The bank teller is very nice and does her job the best possible way!Had a good banking experience at this Bank of America Financial Center.

The staff and employees have been fine in my experience, though the hours/days of operation for this branch have changed several times in the last few months which has been frustrating to work around. Make sure to check the current hours of operation before stopping by as there's a fair chance they've changed since the last time you visited, from my experience. To their credit, they seem to update their google maps listing with the updated hours when this changes.UPDATE: Deducting 1 more star. It has been one day since writing the original review and the hours/days have once again changed. The bank was apparently going to be open today, but it seems that has since changed :/

I walked in to this place today at 3pm. There was no line and still, they couldn't assist me with a simple withdrawal. This place is consistently crappy. Go to Shattuck/Center instead.

To state that this is the worst and most abusive bank is the world in inadequate--the level of sheer incompetence and utter disregard for people is beyond belief. I specifically called this ranch to find out if I could verify whether I could cash a check from someone whose previous check bounced. I had to call and wait on hold for almost 30 minutes because no one ever picks up the phone (though you would be much better off if they never did and disconnected their phones). I explained the scenario precisely, and that I do not have an account there, and was told to bring in the checks and my ID, and that they could tell me in person (not the balance of the account of course, but whether it would cover the checks so I would not continue to be charged for bounced checks).I traveled a half hour each way to go to the branch because of their instructions--I spent a half hour in advance precisely to insure I wasn't wasting my time going to the branch. When I arrived, the teller said she could not provide this information, but I could pay to have them try to cash the check. When I told her this is not remotely what I was informed, I was passed on to another person, who overtly lied to my face and gave me offensive excuses, and when I specified what I was told, passed me on to a manager, assuring me she would be able to provide the information. After I waited a total of at least 20 minutes, the manager went back to square one and told me the same absolute gibberish I had been told before. No one here takes any responsibility, not just for what the bank's employees say or do, but even for their own actions. It s beyond belief that they have a single customer.

Really bad service. Very dissapointing. The workers here don't care about their customers at all. I've been to other branches of Bofa, this is by far the worst.
