Called and asked if they had a bobbin driver tire of a certain size. They said they did. I took the time to drive there, and they did not in fact have the specific size I had just called and asked about. Frustrating.
April 2026
I needed an Air Filter replacement in a bad way. Berkeley Vacuum & Sewing Center stayed open late for me to arrive and pick up the replacement. I am forever greatful!
November 2025
I needed a bobbin case for my Kenmore 158 series sewing machine, and they found a perfect one in one minute. Especially appreciate it after useless searching on the online shops. I sew as a hobby, and this professional advice helped me a lot and saved my time.
