I lived here for 5+ years and only moved to change cities. It is a charming place both in structure and people. All the neighbors are very nice, but the manager is outstanding!

Nice affordable apartments in Berkeley, some smaller studios come with a good view or get a spacious apartment. The choice is ultimately yours!

I lived here for two years with my girlfriend. We loved our apartment. We only moved because we needed a bigger place. The building is extremely well maintained and has a wonderful property manager on-site. I highly recommend living here.
