I was impressed by how many varieties of lumber available representing an incredible span of price points. The staff was helpful pointing me in the right direction and helping me get precisely what I was looking for. The self-check out was simple and intuitive, getting me in and out quickly.”
“The employees there are incredibly helpful. I only talked to about 4 of them but when I stopped to ask them a question they gave me their undivided attention, and tried their best to meet my needs. I live near the Emeryville HomeDepot, which is where i usually go. World of difference between the stores regarding the employees, I asked a couple of employees if they would consider going to the Emeryville store to do some training over there!!”
“Many helpful employees with knowledge of the whole store. My only complaint is the check out. Today only registers with a employees open. There was just one person in front of me ringing up and when I was next the cashier simply walked away and went outside, not even turning off her light. The 2nd cashier saw what happened and rang me up next. He was so nice and treated me like a customer that was cared for.”

“This is a COVID - era review.I drove by last Thursday and immediately turned around because the line was insane. Then I went Sunday at 10 a.m. and walked straight in. I was the only person in line at the pick-up area and they had my items ready and waiting. The whole thing took 10 minutes. My recommendation: GO EARLY”
“This review is for the customer service pick up window only I went into the Home Depot on Alameda Ave. this morning to pick up a bedframe that I had ordered online. Shawna and Mya helped me and both of them were awesome! They brought this huge heavy box out to my car and loaded it in. They are both very strong, respectful and polite.”

“This place is amazing! 5 stars and more. The o.g. Buddha - that means “original gangsta” Buddha - was actually from Nepal. I wish I knew much much sooner, not that I’m saying one place is better than another. You can actually do a pilgrimage to the place the Buddha is from.”
