“We started our kitchen and bathroom renovation project with Kevin Chow at Floorcraft in May 2023. We found Kevin to be very approachable and knowledgeable on kitchen cabinets, countertops, etc. He really knows his products. As a result we purchased cabinets and counter-top from him.Kevin patiently listened to our needs, likes and dislikes, and provided sound advice from his years of experience. He came to our house twice to get our kitchen layout and measurements, gave us 2 iterations of kitchen design drawings, and recommended several reliable and capable contractors to complete this project. We are new to kitchen and bathroom renovation, and often could not decide on or were unsure of which product is best for a certain function or area. We would consult Kevin, he certainly was not afraid to share his experience of what materials to use for certain room or which color for certain wall, and we found his advice to be sound and practical.Kevin has many years of kitchen renovation knowledge. He patiently listens and goes out of his way to assist us on our project. Because of his attention to details, he identified and helped solve the problem of getting a tall cabinet into the house through the tight entrances. We are very happy with Kevin's 5-star service and highly recommend him for kitchen renovation project.”

“We just renovated our kitchen and ordered cabinets and countertop both through Sincere. Gabbie and Emrick were the most helpful. We visited many different vendors early on and Gabbie's advice was the most sincere, and ended up being all the correct ones for us. Their price is very good and their customer service is excellent. From design configurations, to sample/color selections, to ordering and scheduling, to dealing with unexpected supply chain issues, they were responsive and really helped us every step along the way. Gabbie even gave us great referrals and recommendations on other related products such as kitchen hood and ideas on appliances. We are very happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend them to anyone we know who wants to renovate their kitchen!”

“I will say that I can see how the Home Depot has changed, the majority of items are locked up. However, I do understand why; it’s due to the high amount of theft. But, I would like to say that I appreciate how friendly and how proactive an employee was during our visit. Denene provided us with AMAZING customer service! I appreciate how thorough she was explaining the process of changing out the cabinets and counter tops for our home. At this moment, my husband and I will be placing that project on hold, but I did want to recognize the amazing job she did, with being super patient with us and answering our questions. “This Home Depot is in the Emeryville shopping area, with a huge parking lot and is within walking distance of a Target, Nordstrom Rack, Office Depot and Michael's.I've gone there to get paint matched, and a variety of other household items and they've always had them.Lately I've been ordering online for pickup and they've usually been pretty responsive to get the pickup orders ready.”
