“Great place to pick up Benjamin Moore paints. I order online and pick it up to avoid wait times (which aren’t that long but I always end up leaving with things I didn’t intend on buying ?). Great customer service and they do occasional sales! Grateful this is my neighborhood hardware store.”

Can be a little intimidating to walk in the first time or if you don’t know what you are looking for, but the staff has always been helpful in getting what I need and generally prices are similar or better than big box stores.”
“The staff at this location is generally friendly HELPFUL and knowledgeable .... While the lady at the key cutting machine didn't know for sure where I would find a trailer hitch lock... she sent me to the section with all the locks ... Where I found the lock I needed. Check out however was a pain in the butt ... only one register open along with the four self check out lanes none of which accepted cash and thereby sat empty. The only open register had 5 people with large orders at it .. I went to garden and checked out with virtually no wait as the only client there was finishing his transaction as I walked up.”

She went above and beyond in communicating about the shipment, assisting with the backorder and exchanging damaged product due to shipment. She offered some good suggestions about bathroom remodeling and I received some good quotes about some other products.”

I needed help finding a specific color from a sample I brought in, and he was quick to assist with a positive and welcoming attitude. I truly appreciated his support, especially since I was in a rush. His expertise and willingness to help made the process feel much less overwhelming, and I was able to find the perfect color for my accent wall. Despite assisting multiple customers at the same time, Theng managed everything with ease and communicated his availability clearly. Excellent service all around.”
