“We recently bought an acoustic piano at DC Pianos. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Diana was so helpful and accommodating from the very first time I corresponded with her via email, until the time we went to their showroom in Berkeley so that my daughter can try out the acoustic pianos they had available that was within our budget and needs. Once my daughter was able to decide the exact piano she liked, we told Diana the piano we decided to purchase. Both Diana, and the owner Dennis dealt with us honestly, and professionally! We bought our piano on a Saturday, and it was delivered on Tuesday. The delivery was prompt, and we had no issues at all with the delivery. The piano arrived safely and intact.

We bought a used Yamaha U1 that was really in excellent shape. I can still smell the wood when I peek inside the cabinet. Our purchase came with a 5yr warranty, a matching bench (very nice bench), free 1 time in-house tuning, and free delivery. Our experience doing business with DC Piano was excellent and hassle free from start to finish!

“Fabulous experience using this company. Scheduling through email was easy breezy. Dwight called me the night before to confirm/answer any questions which was much appreciated. Arrived promptly and worked HARD! I was so impressed both with the hustle and clear diligence in ensuring everything was well cared for. I had several flights of stairs for them to deal with and it was no issue. The whole time Dwight and Leo were absolutely doing an A+ job; it was incredible.

During move in, Dwight noticed a scuff on the ceiling he thought he caused by grazing it with a hockey stick. Coincidentally I knew the scuff was already there before they arrived, but Dwight immediately tried to remedy it anyway. I absolutely did not expect that (that's the kind of thing that happens when you move, ya know?) and was so impressed. Truly honest and careful movers.
