Upon arrival at our house, each crew member introduced themselves and took the time to understand the specifics of the move. They each worked so diligently individually but also as a team. Once packed up, they took extreme care to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. I like many others don’t enjoy the act of moving, however with Commander, move day wasn’t awful. In fact, they made it as seamless as possible. Couldn’t recommend a moving company more!”

“Jabrial at the Oakland PODS facility is a lifesaver! After PODS canceled my container delivery, I was desperate to get my items moved out of storage into a PODS for a cross country move. I went to the Oakland PODS facility and Jabrial was able to quickly get me set up to self load into a PODS container on-site. He offered amazing tips to make my process seamless and was so kind and thoughtful along the way. All the staff I encountered at the Oakland facility were amazing — hats off to them for actually caring about the customer and making every effort to address shortcomings by corporate/national staff.
