I went here for a Live Scan form and had a great experience. They were incredibly helpful—they gave me two copies of my form without me even asking, just in case I needed them later. When I was traveling and needed a copy of my receipt, I called them and they promptly sent me an image. Outstanding service and thoughtfulness!

I had a good experience. Live scan is $35 even though the state website still says $21 after many years. But they use updated technology, and not ink-based fingerprinting, so the process is faster. I did ask to confirm all the information before I left.

Came in to get some documents notarized and overnighted, was quick and easy. Lady was helpful. Looks like some construction going on outside the building, but overall good experience.
