“I had a wonderful experience with this business, and with Darren specifically. I arrived 3 minutes from closing time to find a box for a large item I had to return and it ended up taking more than a few minutes. Darren took the time to measure my item and find the right box size. They didn't have the correct box size at that location so he called to have their other location set one aside, and then offered to pack up my item the next morning once he got the box and send it off with the label I provided. I was so grateful that he was willing to stay open late to help me, and that he saved me a trip to the store the next morning. The return was processed without a hitch. I would absolutely trust him with future packaging needs!”

“This place is a hidden gem! I used their international shipping service for my 150lb luggage, and it only cost me about $4 per pound—super affordable. Everything arrived within a week, which was way faster than I expected. They also have a bunch of Amazon clearance items for under $10, which is such a great deal. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“I shouldn't be so cheap and unappreciative I got the coolest carnival celebration stamps with fireworks on them. I never have to wait long at this post office and it's right next to the Ashy BART station! The exterior is kind of unusual which is probably why it's getting 3 stars on average. It's a good post office. Don't listen to the other reviews.
Even the downtown Oakland Post Office has run out of money order forms, on occasion. They're not a bank cheapskate, they shouldn't be required to handle large sums. I've seen some people get money orders for thousands at some Post Offices. It's old school *not* dingy.”

“Not sure what all the bad ratings are about. I've used this spot dozens of times and it is always quick, efficient and flawless. Easy to just park your bike in the entrance or street parking right out front usually available. They always print out a receipt even for return drop-offs. This is my favorite UPS Store location by far.”
“I went in to drop off a package. There were plenty of workers around and they were very helpful and friendly. Parking is a little iffy, but overall great experience.”

“I went here for a Live Scan form and had a great experience. They were incredibly helpful—they gave me two copies of my form without me even asking, just in case I needed them later. When I was traveling and needed a copy of my receipt, I called them and they promptly sent me an image. Outstanding service and thoughtfulness!”
