Came in to get some documents notarized and overnighted, was quick and easy. Lady was helpful. Looks like some construction going on outside the building, but overall good experience.

PO Pack did all of the shipping for a large Kickstarter book project for me. About 300 books and a few dozen posters and postcards. I didn’t receive one complaint for damaged or late shipments. Everything was handled professionally and the process was smooth. I highly recommend them.

An absolute disgrace. Should not be in business. Was absent during the announced working hours all of the 4 times I tried. The last time I needed notarization in an emergency, I had to run to her residence and have the notarization done in the street -- no cards accepted, no change available, no receipt.Since You Send Me lost its notary, those who need a notary for their business should avoid this neighborhood -- the new UPS store is no help either, as it is chronically understaffed and keeps you waiting a long time.

I'd give it 0 star if I could. If you care about time, money, and accuracy don't come near this place. I had to get a livescan done last minute for a professional license, so I picked this place because I didn't have to make an appointment. However, 2 months later, I get a notice saying my social security number was incorrect. Good thing I save a copy of all my documents, and my ssn was correct on the forms. So it must've been the livescan operator's mistake. When I called back to sort things out and to get a refund, the owner was extremely rude and irresponsible. Not only did I lose $90 for this entire process, my license was also delayed by 3 months. tl;dr : horrible place, horrible service, waste of time and money

Will not be coming back here again - the markup to ship Fedex packages is absolutely outrageous. Was quoted $231 for FedEx 2 day morning delivery for a roughly 16 lb. package. Glad I immediately took it to the FedEx store on Shattuck; FedEx charged $63 for the same service. I understanding needing to charge a bit extra to make a profit, but a $168 markup?? Separately, before I got the quote, the person helping me could not find the option for 2 day am service at all so was steering me to either next day delivery service or 2 day by 8pm service; I had to show her the FedEx website on my phone that stated 10:30am 2 day service was an option - she had to call FedEx to verify before she could continue with the quote. Appreciated her checking, but seems like a shipping and packaging company that deals with FedEx should know 2 day am delivery was a possibility (was a necessity for me). Seemingly friendly service, but I'm more interested in comprehensive knowledge about shipping options as well as fair prices, neither of which I got.

This is a great spot to get a live scan fingerprinting. I have been to locations in the past that have made it so difficult to get my fingerprints (especially considering that I come from out of country). However, the ladies working here were very helpful and efficient. This is my second time coming here to get my fingerprints and they provided help to print and fill out my form. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The location is also conveniently located a few minutes walk from downtown Berkeley. I will definitely be back when I need this type of service in the future.
