Scott helped me navigate a very frustrating tire warranty issue. He was readily available, investigated the issue thoroughly, and helped me get back on the bike as quickly as possible, including giving me a spare wheel. I’m not sure where I’d be without his technical expertise and drive to help me figure out the issues.

Scott is AWESOME. He has his rough edges, and is insanely direct and i love that. Too many people are used to BSing and giving the run around.
