I went in with my then 4-year old to get a bike headlight, and in the course of "installing," I asked why the front handlebars seemed to be twisting. The associate showed me where the screw holding the front tire was about to fall off the frame, and tightened it for free, probably saving my kid from an accident that night. I feel stupid now for letting my partner buy a kids bike on Amazon- it is a clunky PoS. Blue Heron has a great selection of lightweight kids bike, and next time I will for sure shop locally. I also LOVE their live Falcon cam”

I had to come in a second time to get my gears rebalanced, which again they did within literally 1 minute. And they finished the work so fast they didn't even charge me. Incredible!
