It's a very nice and new building. Great amenities and very close to bart and berkeley bowl. Kaitlyn was super helpful with the touring and application. Even though we decided not to move in for personal reasons, Kaitlyn handled it very well and was very professional. Highly recommend it!

I loved living at Parker! The units are clean, spacious, and have a ton of natural light. Kaitlyn and Amber in the leasing office are so sweet and helpful and you get a ton of benefits living here- free bus pass and discount to the gym downstairs. Also the community is super pet friendly which is always a plus!!
