BEWARE: This store steals. I paid $148 to have items packaged in-store and shipped to me. When I received the package, over $600 in merchandise was missing. Truly infuriating. Do not use this UPS Store. Go to the FedEx Store up the street or use another UPS Store.
EDIT: Wrote to UPS Customer Service on 7/21/25 and 2 weeks later have not received any response.

I had such an outstanding experience at this UPS Store thanks to Carl and Thomas. They went above and beyond helping me with an extremely complex return process. Not only were they incredibly patient and knowledgeable, but they even stayed a few minutes past closing to ensure my return was completed properly.
Their customer service was truly exceptional - they took the time to walk me through every step and made what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable. I'm genuinely surprised by any low ratings this location has received because my experience was nothing short of stellar.
Carl and Thomas are true assets to this store. Their dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile has earned my loyalty - I'll definitely be returning here for all my shipping needs. Thank you both for your outstanding help and professionalism!

Honestly, this UPS Store is a total lifesaver! After dealing with rude employees at FedEx and USPS, I wasn’t expecting much, but wow, what a difference. The staff here is super friendly and helpful—it’s like they actually care about their customers.
I have to give a huge thanks to John. This guy went above and beyond to help me out. He was patient, explained everything, and really made sure I was taken care of. It’s so rare to find someone who’s not just doing their job but actually making it a good experience.
The team is awesome, and John is the MVP! Highly recommend.

I had same experience as pertains to rudeness at this store several months ago.
I went to the other store at 2342 Shattuck and staff was delightful.
Have another item to ship today and will go to 2342 Shattuck although further and much more difficult to park.
Shipping a package should not be a nightmare!

They were going to charge me over $40 for a box and more than $80 total to ship a small package to Portland. I went to Piedmont Systems and for everything the total was $24. The UPS Store is a ripoff; another clear sign why we should support small businesses.

Worst customer service I ever had at a ups store. They need to do better. It is a same I got to ups stores for my business I us them like 2 week not any more
