I waited for an hour, but the manager was inattentive and was wasting his time. After waiting for an hour, he told me that I should solve my problem at another agency.

Made a 3pm appt on a Sunday just 2 hours earlier and arrived as the only customer in the store. Glenn was working and provided exceptional service. His ability to be helpful, friendly, and not pressuring was the perfect customer service balance. Highly recommend people visit him for new phones (I got the Samsung s24+) and hope his manager sees this value and new hires learn from Glenn.

Poor service, and I think Kevin really does not like to have to work there. Somewhat rude to my son when I ordered an replacement phone and selected the option for tech support (paid) at the store. Kevin refused to help him with any of the setup and just gave him the new phone to deal with for himself. He was also fairly rude on the phone, interrupting me a few times while I was asking questions.

I always ask a lot of questions, and Kevin was patient and informative. I appreciate how easy the process was to get a new phone and copy all the data from my old phone. Even though Kevin was working alone, I never felt rushed. This has been my go-to store for 20 years. Thank you!
