The owner was so helpful with explaining how ring sizes work and it was nice that there was no pressure to by anything as if you were to go to a more corporate jewelry store.

Ingrid, the store owner is always friendly and helpful. She designs such unique, special, and beautiful jewelry. She always personal and caring. She is also wonderful with her staff and treats them like family.

I love Viv & Ingrid! This cute little space in downtown Berkeley is easy to miss, but hard to not step into once you've seen it. The ambiance in the shop is great, and they have a lot of gift items like jewelry, candles, and other cute things!
