“I had a great experience shopping for a ring at Cullen! Victoria in the San Francisco location worked with us to try on a bunch of different rings. She was patient and informative throughout, and followed up quickly once we were ready to continue the process. Then we worked with Sherry and Gabrielle in Australia to customize the ring. They were happy to go back and forth with me until everything was to our liking. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. Finally, Victoria worked with me to pick out the perfect stone for the design. Overall everything went smoothly and was stress free!”

“As part of my Reiki practice at Healing Ki Wellness in San Ramon, I also provide an Energetic Alignment of Spaces. I was in search of crystals and out of all the many crystal shops near me, Stones Room 2 called out to me the loudest. My husband and I drove to Berkley and walked into the shop. It was immediately inviting..not overwhelming like many of these shops can be. The shop was kept neatly and was organized, products labeled with little que cards stating the benefits of each stone or crystal and it was a clean environment...a VIRGO like myself will certainly appreciate these qualities. The young lady at the counter was extremely polite and helpful and then we met the Owner. Let me say for both myself and my husband that we were so glad we met him and spent quite some time speaking with him about spirituality and kindness and crystals. They also own a second Stone Room in Albany which you should go visit. His wife works that shop and is equally humble and kind. I will never forget their kindness and will always recommend their shops to anyone interested in crystals and stones. Thank you (hand to heart).”

“The selection of gifts are vibrant, uniquely designed, and thoughtfully curated. I appreciated how the store owner allowed me to pair and match various baskets even though they were filled with inventory. I was able to pick up last-minute Christmas presents from Nepal, Kenya and India. If you are looking to add more color or geometric designs to your household, there's a drool-worthy section of constellation-inspired houseware (like salt cellars with stars on them) and beautiful basket planters all over the shop.”

“I don't even know where to begin with Gigi :-). She is just STELLAR. Great to work with, awesome personality, clear, communicative, a true artist... I came to her with a ring I needed to have reset (and transformed). I wanted to keep some of the integrity of the original piece while also breathing new life/my own personality into it. I had an idea of what I wanted but no clue of how it would be geometrically feasible. Gigi (somehow) figured it out and it is GORGEOUS. It was not an easy design and it involved very delicate stones. Her design and her Goldsmith's work were phenomenal. We then turned the remaining jewels into a beautiful necklace. I want to do more projects with Gigi!”

“I have frequented “Bill’s Trading Post” since I was welcomed warmly to browse as a child in the 70’s and I am thrilled it is still there. Twenty years later, I travelled with a friend through the southwest. Later, the salesperson at Bill’s asked to see my friend’s bracelet and not only correctly identified the craftsman but shared that the maker was a recluse, making our chance visit with his family when we bought the bracelet that much more special. Back in Berkeley this year, I had a watch battery replaced and later the band repaired. The work was unimaginably inexpensive and quick and the employees such a pleasure I felt compelled to share here.”

Their prices seem to always land somewhere between $200-$400.
