This Walgreens Pharmacy location provides essential services amidst significant challenges common to area pharmacies. The staff are described as helpful, concerned, very polite, patient, courteous, and efficient. They thoughtfully answer questions despite working under difficult conditions. The pharmacy is regularly busy, with lines that are often long, typically requiring a wait. The hours are short, including closure on Sundays, which is frustrating for customers. The operation can be short-staffed, contributing to delays. The environment for pharmacy staff in the area is notably difficult, including incidents like armed robberies and safety concerns, which have impacted staffing and hours. Prescription delays sometimes occur due to pharmacist shortages or broader medication shortages. While service can be frustrating at times, and phone support may feel curt or unhelpful, the in-person experience at the desk is often much better. The pharmacy's app and notification system for ready prescriptions are organized and helpful. Despite the inevitable waits and operational hurdles, this location is viewed by some as a resilient provider, continuing to serve the community under trying circumstances.
Truly one of the worst Walgreens pharmacy’s. I consistently have to wait 30 minutes to pick up prescriptions. Recommend avoiding if at all possible. Many other Walgreens pharmacy’s are not like this, unclear what’s going on with this one.

The worst pharmacy. Long waits, constant errors in insurance billing, dirty, unprofessional behavior by staff, dirty store.. I am moving my prescriptions to Costco

Friendly staff and they actually take time to explain how to use the medicines properly, which I really appreciated. The place is clean and organized, though sometimes there’s a bit of a wait during peak hours. Prices are reasonable compared to other pharmacies nearby, so I’d definitely come back.
