“Gas station. Prices tend to be a bit higher than the other 2 Chevron stations on Ashby (with Shattuck and the one with telegraph). But it's convenient.
I can't understand why they don't have California lottery there.”
“My go to place everyday, live down the street and I come here for all my daily needs. No matter if it's early morning or late night, got everything I need. Huge selection of snacks and drinks that satisfy every need. And my favorite thing about this store is that the drinks are always super cold, perfect for any day. Arab brother and other homie super cool, treat me like family , never no complain. Have to come by and check it out.”
“Friendly local corner store with the usual emphasis on alcohol and snacks, and the usual prices (not cheap but not worse than their peers).
Only real complaint is that they don’t list prices for most products, so you have to ask the price on everything. Or just pay whatever, I guess.

“I accidentally posted a 1 star review thinking this was the Chevron on the corner of Gilman/San Pablo (acorss the st). My apologies. This Chevron has always been great, polite, and clean service. I recommend this one over the one across the street.”

“It is pretty small and the selection is limited, but it is indeed a very convenient location. It is also overpriced; about $5 for an energy drink. The staff is friendly.”
“Golden Bear Food Center has seriously stepped it up! The new owners did an amazing job revamping the place, it’s super clean, the new decor looks great, and everything is so well-organized now.
The staff are awesome, really friendly and helpful. Every time I shop there, it’s a smooth and easy experience. You can tell they actually care about their customers.
If you haven’t been in a while, definitely check it out. The vibe is so much better now!”
“Stopped by today for a few snack items. I got a banana and a yogurt drink for 3.99. The banana was fresh and the yogurt drink was good as well. The have a little section where they sell sandwiches and tamales. They have a wide variety of drinks and food items (both refrigerated, frozen, and dry). They also sell school supplies. I wish I had more time to look around but I will definitely visit again. Employees were kind and they take EBT!”
“Unlike a lot of the stores that have snacks and drinks that are open until very late at night, this place is clean and well, wet, and well stocked. And they’re not just open late, they’re open 24 hours.”

Great inventory and selections, even in the produce area, good prices, other amenities on site, such as a good Deli section where they make your food to custom order, even an ATM that always works.And the folks working there have always been friendly and helpful with me.”

“check your receipts & bank statements!!! I just came home & happen to look at my bank account, noticed a peculiar charge on my CC for $48.00. Good thing I kept the paper receipt because I was over charged by $6. I'm not sure if it's a computer error or an employee is stealing. Either way, this is not acceptable. Was a clerical error, the owner was kind enough to explain that the attendant approved 45 in gas instead of 35 & assured me the remaining unused balance would be refunded to the card in a few days.”

“I never leave a review but I felt like this pharmacy’s exceptional service and environment has to be expressed in anyway possible. I had a great experience during my externship at this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager Joel is an amazing pharmacist who would always go above and beyond to help customers. The stuff in general are so great. I have witnessed the best customer service and readiness to make every customer’s experience better. Highly recommended pharmacy.”
“I can't comment on the gas prices, but two hot dogs for a little over $2 and whatever toppings you want on them isn't bad at all when you're hungry. Great in a pinch and the staff is friendly enough, I will certainly be coming back whenever I'm stoned and craving a chili cheese dog”

“Okay people are so mean of course gas station bathrooms suck it's like pretty normal. But all around I like this gas station. Never really crowded and the cashier's are super nice.only thing is you should change your open time to 5 am or change your times in Google to many people stop there at 5 and your not open.”

“The snacks and drinkshere a reasonably priced, they also have a nice selection of alcoholic beverages. They have some specialty items like Japanese kit kats and other goods.
The Krispy Krunchy is TERRIBLE, I've tried it on 3 different occassions and the chicken is always dried out and tough like someone battered a fried a piece of Nigerian hard chicken.
