“After wasting time trying to get help from anyone useful at Lowe's (30 minutes on hold then they hung up when transferring me, and another 45 minutes driving over there ....to be told they can't get me what I want shipped from another store) I ended up here. They are cheerful, and helpful.Pros: You can pretty much get what you need here, and yes they will deliver if you order enough. They have a parking lot and wont yell at you for cutting sheetrock in their lot so it'll fit in your car...they'll even give you a utility knife and a T-square.They cut glass and wood. They don't run away when they see you. They will offer actual helpful advice when asked and if they don't know they won't try to snow you. They are a family business and not associated with any of the Evil Empire stores. They have sales which helps a little depending on what you need ( you can look up their sales online.)If you have Covid induced low frustration tolerance, this is your place. Easy to park, find what you need and check out.Cons:They cost more then any of the Evil Empire stores. But cheap friends, time is money and sometimes you just gotta pay more to support the Forces for Good ( and your mental health.)”

“As far as I can tell... this place is packed full of Professional, Hard working, Dedicated and Helpful People. Gate 31 is like a portal to another world. "Planet Chevron", a potentially, scary and very confusing place. Boy! Was I ever WRONG! It's been 4 years now, and my experience, Each, and every time, is ALWAYS, the same. No matter, what Area, or Department, from the Gate/Scale House personnel the Individual Operators, it's been a Constructive Pleasure to interact with all of them. Truthfully, no matter what day of the week, or time of day, I look forward Any DAY, that includes Chevron "Richmond" on my list of customers.”

“BRAND X ♥️I’ve been buying Brand X Huaraches, for over 25 years. My mom was the first one to buy them from the Sundance catalog, and of course I tried them on and fell in love. I’ve had at least 10 pairs so far they last forever, but I just love the colors and how they feel they are the best. They’re pretty much my every day wear shoe for 25+ years…XO Camille”

“Park at the turning lane, walk the bills to the guard, go back to your truck wait for a phone call with the door number. 11am appointment, given a door at 4:30am done by 5:20am. I would have given them 5 stars but they don’t have parking, you will have to park at the center of the road and actually you can do overnight without getting a ticket or anything but its not safe. Awesome people. I will return here.”
