“In my travels on Earth viewing luxury, I discovered the Rolex Presidental in the country of Aruba located at the Renaissance Mall. The decision was made to one day add it to my future collection. The Rolex quote is spot on "The Day-Date is the watch of a global, multicultural, and ever-changing world." Rolex Boutique Tourneau San Francisco was where I sent emails and Toni responded and I was texted with the depressing No! we do not have that at the moment. However, Toni presented me with other configurations that were not to my liking and I kindly declined and preferred to wait. Toni is a specialist in the business and soon texted me the watch is fresh and just come in and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. I was informed I had 24 hours to shuffle finances and maneuver through traffic and disruptions to meet and greet the handler of my ultimate dream watch. For the next 3 hours I was on tour in suit and tie displaying the masterpiece. The new goal in the next 3 months is to purchase a everyday piece the Yacht-Master 42.”

“Comes across as fine musuem of products that I love to ogle and leer but not to purchase; its like a red light district store of pretty things but they should be let out for air; love the interior deco: Wood paneling and floors give this store a warmth , and wide open clean spaces gives a customer sense of comfort ; service is impeccable ; the watches and clocks are simple and sophisticated. Love the small patio with a long tables and plants that creeps up and down the building. But I don’t see myself buying a product as they seem unattainable.”

“BVLGARI isn't as well known for their watches as the many other Swiss made watch brands. But that doesn't mean that their watches are not awesome. While many brands seem to stick to more traditional looks, BVLGARI is more avant-garde with them designing the Octo Finnisimo which is one of the thinnest watches in the world. Too thin for my tastes but their Octo Roma Worldtimer is a sweet spot in both design and usefulness covering 24 time zones. I was helped by a sales person named Lulu. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. Great customer service. On past visits I have looked at the rings and jewelry but I'm more interested in their watches. Overall a great place to shop if you like BVLGARI products.”

“This is the only watch repair place in the East Bay that I trust. Recently took a watch that was messed up by another repair guy to the Hospital and they fixed it without fuss. Worth going out of your way for if you're in need of watch repair.”
“We bought a pair of wedding bands here. The associate was not as nice as other stores, wasn't very friendly, and didn't give us any chocolates or small gifts after we purchased the rings. I heard many stories about people getting chocolates/champaign/gifts with their purchase at Harry Winston. It was sad that our associate didn't give us anything, it felt like we were treated differently and not as valued as other customers.”

“Great store with a good collection and excellent work for repairs and adjustments. Have an older watch for my grandfather that needed some fixing and adjustments. Gave a fair price on the repair and was able to give it correct adjustments in a quick minute that worked out perfectly. Workers and owner are always nice and ready to help. Definitely earned a repeat customer outta me.”
