Shinola is a beautiful retail establishment with excellent, impeccable, and top-notch customer service. The staff is helpful, super kind, and makes customers feel welcome. The store features a warm interior with wood paneling and floors, wide open clean spaces, and a small patio with plants. It carries watches and clocks that are simple, sophisticated, classic, and timeless, along with leather goods like journals and wallets. The store offers free embossing and monogramming on the spot. While its products are seen as lovely eye candy, they can also feel unattainable to some.
This store was awesome. Yes, great products—but even more critically the folks working there Thursday were the epitome of customer service. Super passionate about the brand, help us find what we were looking for, and even embossed our sketchbooks for free. These folks were amazing

The vibe of SF Shinola is clean, warm and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are attentive and inviting. I felt bad about entering the store shortly before closing, but Nick was a great help and helped me find a great watch. We will be back.
