Foundry CrossFit offers excellent, top-notch coaching with great attention to detail and form. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and give everyone 110%, whether they are a member or a drop-in. The community is very welcoming, friendly, inviting, and kind, made up of great athletes and fit folks. The facility is nice with great equipment and is in a convenient location. Visitors from out of town, including those from Ireland, the Midwest, and those in town for work or tournaments, consistently praise their drop-in experience. Many plan to return, noting it is an awesome place to workout for anyone looking to join a box or simply drop in.
Dropped in from out of town. 8am class is great! Attentive coach that cares about the clients. Happy people in the community. Gym was cool and very clean. I’m happy to pay their drop in fee. Really neat T-Shirts for sale too!

Did two drop-ins and got some great pointers on adjustments to my DL stance from Lynette, she rocked and took the time during the movements to give all the athletes adjustments. I’ll be back again when in the area! Great space & good location for my visit!
