They send the results right over and it is a happy experience. “The location is not accurate. Google Maps tells you the lab is on the opposite corner where it actually is. So, if it is your first time here, don't trust the app.”
“This was easily one of the best Labcorp experiences I’ve had. The location on Bob Hope Drive is incredibly convenient—you can drive right up to the front entrance without having to navigate a huge medical complex.
The front desk staff were warm, calm, and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel much less stressful than many other labs.
A special thank-you to Chelsea, who is an outstanding phlebotomist. I require a butterfly needle and blood draws from my wrist, so I’m not the easiest patient. Chelsea was the perfect blend of professionalism, skill, and genuine kindness. She maintained eye contact, kept me engaged in conversation, and made me feel completely at ease. It was possibly the easiest and most painless blood draw I’ve ever had.
