“I'm not sure that I remember my technicians name (my bad). I'm on Salter Ct in Pleasant Hill. I just wanted to say that this young man was polite and friendly. After working on the car for quite a bit, he thought that I might have to get a new battery. The current battery is only 1 year old. He persevered and got it going He continued to check out everything, and was very thorough. I have used Arrowhead before, and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.”
“I called multiple 24hr tow company's and not one answered. Called Pena Towing 32 minutes prior to them opening and they answered!! I Explained I needed a tow from my house to my mechanics, 7.5 miles distance. Female representative I spoke to informed me it was a flat rate fee $200, now that might sound pricey but other reviews for a few other local companies had $300/350 flat rate fees listed. Representative was polite, took my information quickly yet not rudely, informed me driver would get to my location at 830; and sure enough he showed up on time, a minute early in fact. Driver was friendly and moved with a sense of urgency (which you do not see a lot anymore), loaded/secured my vehicle on the flatbed and was off. No hassle at all with this company; employees were polite, knowledgeable, on time & business is family owned and operated. Need a tow and like supporting local small businesses highly recommend Pena.”

“I highly recommend this company - was stranded on Vasco road and they immediately came to the rescue after they learned I had been waiting for my insurance tow for quite awhile. The driver made sure I was safe within his vechicle and then upon dropping my car at the dealer also ensures to have the dealer lift my car so not to scrape my bumper. “Our experience with Tommy and John from Tow Boat San Francisco was absolutely flawless. Tommy was in communication before even arriving perfectly on time. Can't say how reliving it was when the tow boat showed up and Both Tommy and John were full of smiles and energy.
