“While in route to the airport our tire blew out on Hwy 4. We called AAA and could not wait for their 2 hr ETA. It was 6am on a Saturday and the only place willing and eager to help us catch our flight (start our vacation) was Hero towing!! We only waited approximately 15 -20 mins from the time we called for someone to arrive. The gentleman that helped us with our spare was very professional, fast, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but I really appreciated him “saving” us (literally a hero)!! Thanks again!!- Very grateful customer”

“They want to charge you extra for storage so don't leave your car here for a long time. Otherwise they fixed water pump pullies and fan belts on my2015 Nissan Frontier pickup truck very well and for a great price. I am happy. Thanks”
