“Really easy to order a car and have it delivered to Hotel. Picked up the phone (yay). We only decided to order a car the night before. Met at hotel and the paperwork was super fast. Octavio was super cordial. He took the time help set up Apple car play and answer questions about the car. BMW was super clean. And! Return was stress free. We left car w hotel valet and Beverly Hills Car Rental was so accommodating to pick up the car as we checked out already. Highly recommend Beverly Hills Car Rental!!”

I’ve rented from several other companies but the communication and ease of getting into a vehicle with this company was unmatched. Any questions I had during the trip were answered quickly and there were no hidden fees whatsoever! The price that was initially stated was the price I paid in addition to having unlimited miles. I was able to do Uber Eats & Door Dash in the car which allowed me to make back the money I paid to rent the car as well as pocket some money! 10/10 experience! My Ferrari Roma was recently rear ended and in the repair shop and they were able to get me a temporary car quick with amazing pickup / dropoff flexible and timing.
JUAN is the best manager and contact I worked with there. The ops team (David?) I forgot the name were great, I tipped them in cash 10-20 and provided lunch.

“When U-Haul changed the pick-up location for the truck I had reserved to a more distant site, I thought I'd try the Budget Truck Rental in Beverly Hills, which I had originally assumed would be more expensive than U-Haul.
