“The best rental in the area. It’s super convenient if staying at Ac or Moxy hotels as just downstairs of the hotel. Cars are usually new and I got a brand new minivan this time 2026 Toyota Sienna with 30 miles on it. Returns are easy too with 24 hr after hours drop off. It’s never crowded like the airport and I’ve never had to wait too long to get a car. It’s my go to rental in the area!”

I walked into 21 Car Rental and they greeted me, sat with me and talked me through the process. It was my first car rental. They did a fantastic job of explaining the process and can allow you to rent a car several different ways. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERE. Had our car for 5 days and return process lasted 2 minutes.”

“We used Hollywood Classic Cars for our Civil Ceremony (their 1962 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud) after a coworker referred me their way, and they made everything very easy. The price was super reasonable, they offer deliver / pickup service as well, and when we asked to change the pickup address last minute, they were very accommodating. They clearly have reps working around the clock to give clients an amazing experience. Should we need a vintage car again in the future, I will definitely go back!”
“Came here with no reservation. Joe (I think that was his name) was helping me with the booking, he patiently waited while I had to figure out my ICBC insurance stuff on the phone. He was extremely patient, professional and friendly! The rental went super smoothly. The car we got was a Toyota Camry that was very clean and great on gas. Return was super simple as well and the price I was quoted from the beginning was the price I paid. My deposit was released quickly as well. I needed a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired, and the entire process was easy and stress-free. What impressed me the most was their exceptional customer service. The first rental vehicle was a little too large for my apartment parking space, so I needed to exchange it. Unfortunately, the second vehicle was also not a good fit, and I had to make another exchange.

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”
