Their customer service is beyond excellent. Every employee that you encounter offers to assist you, they are really polite, knowledgeable about their items/products, and friendly. If purchasing big and/or many items they offer to help you by taking your purchased items to your car. This location really cares about customer satisfaction. They truly value their customers. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didn't want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at Tarzana Tech.”

“Really great! My Imac suddenly wouldn't turn on anymore. He diagnosed the issue and called me back with a price for the replacement of my iMacs logic board. Super affordable and also not pushy at all. Told me I could make my imac a lot faster by upgrading to an external SSD (which I have been planning to) and didn't try to sell me anything. “These guys are not only very skilled, they have enormous integrity. I was fully prepared to pay them to repair an old printer on which they had immediately figured out the problem and quoted me a very reasonable price. But they went out of their way to advise me that I might be able to get a brand new replacement for the printer (the one that I have has been discontinued, but there's an upgrade of it) for not much more money than they would've charged me to fix the old one. And when I did just that, they not only weren't disappointed that I wouldn't be paying them, they were elated. Because of that, I'll bring any repair jobs that I ever have to them in the future (I might even pay them to fix the old one at some point and use it as a backup), and I'll certainly recommend them to anyone that I talk to.”

“I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. One stop shopping! Thanks to Kevin and Lupé. Also, who doesn't love supporting local small business?”

“this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this”
