“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. “I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. I took it here and they found and resolved the issue in less than 10 min. They also take Lenovo warranty . Literally saved me heaps of time, energy, and money.Thank you!”

“this place is a dying breed in store purchases. I went there to get myself a pixel 10 case. they had them at the best prices compared to let's say Amazon or timu but they had them in stock. didn't have to pay for shipping. didn't have to wait so there's electronic item or TV that you want to see before you purchase. this is a place to go and they have specials deals, open boxes, stuff like that. got plenty of parking at this location. there's also a Chick-fil-A other restaurants nearby Chipotle to Costco or they have those giant slices of pizza. definitely worth a stop and if you end up wanting to go and check out what's at Costco, just tell him you're going to the pharmacy. the pharmacy's always open to the public. you don't have to be a member to to go to Costco's farming City and once you're in you can walk around and look. you just can't buy anything unless you remember but is there something that you want to buy? there can become a member. it's kind of a way to get in the door haha but back to Best buy Steph's very helpful and like I said, it's a dying breed. it's hard to find a place that's Carrie's such a large selection with electronics all in one place, especially when it comes to accessories smaller items cuz when you look at it them online. lots of times it's hard to make your decision so you can go there. check out what they've got. find what you want. you can take a Google screenshot to lends on it and then find it at Amazon. get it for cheaper delivered, especially if you're an Amazon member. you can get next day shipping. great of Amazon open up a shop like this”

“Bought a new phone last night and it took a while to transfer all the data over from my last phone so I spent a couple of hours in the store total and witnessed some truly appalling behavior from customers towards employees. I see a handful of negative reviews here, saying employees seem to dislike their job or are tired and short on patience. After what I saw, it's no shock that this may be the case and feel the need to defend the people working in this store! Every negative interaction was handled respectfully and politely by team members, but it really was so crazy to see how some people treated them consistently throughout my time in the store and I've worked in retail/hospitality!
The main event of the evening involved an employee, Rachel, dealing with a person who seemingly never learned to communicate without swearing or complaining. Rachel was extremely levelheaded, kind, helpful, firm when necessary, and handled the interaction (which lasted ~20 mins) with perfect grace, even when this person seemed determined to misunderstand her.
I appreciate all the help I was given by the four employees I interacted with from point of sale to leaving the store and also empathize with the team members since this store seems to see a large amount of people who think they can treat workers disrespectfully.
I would recommend this store to anyone as it was beautiful, clean, stocked, and the team members were very helpful.”
