“Back in December I was having some issues with my SSD and I thought that I lost all of my data. I was panicking and I didn't know what to do so I looked up some places and found this shop. I read the reviews and thought I'd give them a try. Sevada was a true professional! He listened to my concerns and he kept me updated regarding the status of my data recovery. He was really nice and patient. After finishing the data recovery, I stopped by the shop and checked out the hard drive. He was able to recover everything and then some! This shop is a lifesaver and if I ever get into a similar situation again, I'll definitely be back! He was also able to answer other questions I had regarding computer repairs. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend!”

“Really great! My Imac suddenly wouldn't turn on anymore. He diagnosed the issue and called me back with a price for the replacement of my iMacs logic board. Super affordable and also not pushy at all. Told me I could make my imac a lot faster by upgrading to an external SSD (which I have been planning to) and didn't try to sell me anything. Super honest and solid dude. Quality work! Don't go to the apple store, come here!”

“I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. One stop shopping! Thanks to Kevin and Lupé. Also, who doesn't love supporting local small business?”

It was a historic movie theater, with elements in Renaissance Revival style, that opened in 1927 in the Broadway Theater District. It's very spacious and beautiful inside, very quiet upstairs, and the apple staff working here is very friendly.”

Not only is he reliable, but the professionalism is to another level!! Not only was he able to fix my cash register, but get me out of a jam by letting me use a loaner while he fixed mine!My register suddenly turned off and would not turn back on- and when it did it only stayed on for a few minutes without any display. “Great selection of clothes and styles. The children's section is so cute and varied for the littlest Bruins. Many clothes and accessories are overpriced but there's a whole area of folded t-shirts that are in the mid $20's. I wait for the once or twice a year sale, 20% off. There's also a discounted rack. The store is always clean, the staff professional and helpful. Plush animals, gifts, mugs and greeting cards are sold here, as are computers, school supplies. They even have an optometry store. The convenience store does not overcharge as much as I expected. For medicine yes but for instant noodles, surprisingly no. Two microwave ovens make a quick, cheap lunch convenient.”

“i wish i remembered the names of the people who helped me!!!! i was helped buy two people- an older guy, he was wearing a black sports coat (john i think??) and he was SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT and helped me decide which phone to get and then another woman helped me she had long brown hair, literally perfect eyeliner, and was wearing a black mask helped me set up and buy my phone and helped me erase and protect my old (STOLEN) phone from my icloud. i was in such a rush and she was so understanding and i was able to leave the store with a fully working phone with time to spare before work- THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!”

“I bought a replacement watch band on clearance. I chose curbside pickup and it was very easy using the email that was sent to me and following the prompts. My order was delivered to me quickly, seemed like no more than five minutes. I was expecting a long drawn out waiting game but that was not the case at all. I came by on a Saturday afternoon and there were plenty of curbside pickup parking spaces available with numbers on a sign. There was also an employee assign to the pick up area. I didn't interact with him until he brought my item to my car. I will keep using curbside with these positive experiences. Good job BestBuy.”
