“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. “I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. One stop shopping! Thanks to Kevin and Lupé. Also, who doesn't love supporting local small business?”

“I was having issues with my Lenovo p15. The charging/battery wasn’t working. I sent it to Lenovo to get fixed and they “fixed” it, when I got it back it still had the same issued. I took it here and they found and resolved the issue in less than 10 min. They also take Lenovo warranty . Literally saved me heaps of time, energy, and money.Thank you!”

“Bought a new phone last night and it took a while to transfer all the data over from my last phone so I spent a couple of hours in the store total and witnessed some truly appalling behavior from customers towards employees. I see a handful of negative reviews here, saying employees seem to dislike their job or are tired and short on patience. After what I saw, it's no shock that this may be the case and feel the need to defend the people working in this store! Every negative interaction was handled respectfully and politely by team members, but it really was so crazy to see how some people treated them consistently throughout my time in the store and I've worked in retail/hospitality!
The main event of the evening involved an employee, Rachel, dealing with a person who seemingly never learned to communicate without swearing or complaining. Rachel was extremely levelheaded, kind, helpful, firm when necessary, and handled the interaction (which lasted ~20 mins) with perfect grace, even when this person seemed determined to misunderstand her.
I appreciate all the help I was given by the four employees I interacted with from point of sale to leaving the store and also empathize with the team members since this store seems to see a large amount of people who think they can treat workers disrespectfully.
I would recommend this store to anyone as it was beautiful, clean, stocked, and the team members were very helpful.”
