This Hermes store exhibits extreme ignorance and unethical behavior. They deceive customers into spending large sums of money, falsely suggesting that they will soon acquire a Birkin bag. When confronted about their misleading practices, they dismiss customers by advising them to visit another store. This store should undergo a thorough audit and be shut down, as it resembles an internal Hermes fraud clan.

The service at this store is horrible. They treat their customers like crap. The kind of money you spend in this store and the service you receive is disgusting. After waiting for 20 minutes on the 2nd floor finally an associate says they moved the show section to the 3rd floor. You come to the 3rd floor wait around none of the customer service reps bothered to acknowledge you and this un-professional un-ethical animal had the nerves to disregard a customer and say oh my very important customer is here who has a high profile with us and shoved the box aside and took off. This was the most disgusting situation I had ever witnessed. Do not waste a penny at this store.

Too over-hyped and way too over priced. I don't like the extreme client list issues. If I walk in with 50-250k cash, I should be able to get a purse. But only the super-elite are privileged. Peace

As soon as I walked into hermes, I felt like no one was going to help. All the employees were either on their phones or standing around talking among themselvesWhen I asked an adult woman for help, whether she had white hair or gray hair, she didn't pay attention, she talked to me as if "What do you want from me?" and she kept looking at her phone and didn't care about my questions.Question to Hermes management: why do you hire employees who are unpleasant to be around, who behave like kings, when in fact they are ordinary salespeople and should help your customers! If you have such rules, I feel sorry for you!

Had a bit of a disappointing experience. The sales associate was kinda short and didn't seem interested in helping me find the right item. Didn't even mention there were different designs and styles for belt buckles. Only showed me the things I specifically asked for and wasn't really friendly or helpful. Ended up buying something, but almost changed my mind because of the sales associate.

The actual worst Hermes store I've ever been to. The worst customer service and the worst vibes ever. The most unpleasant and unfriendly staff either absolutely zero knowledge of the brand, history or merchandise. Go to any other location and avoid at all costs.

Wait wasn't long. My SA was fairly new to this location. There was a delay in ringing us up.

Stepping onto Rodeo Drive is like stepping into a movie, and entering the Hermès store there is like stepping into a dream. The boutique itself is a work of art, a symphony of marble floors, soft lighting, and the delicate rustle of silk scarves against glass cases. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel like a million bucks, even if you just walked in off the street (which, of course, is never the case with Hermès). But for me, the true magic of the Hermès Rodeo Drive store lies in its belts. Let me tell you, these are not your average belts. They're not just functional accessories; they're elevated to the status of wearable art. The supple leather feels like a caress against your skin, the stitching is meticulously precise, and the buckles... oh, the buckles! From gleaming gold to intricately engraved silver, each one is a tiny masterpiece, a statement piece that speaks volumes about your discerning taste. I own several Hermès belts now, each one a treasured addition to my wardrobe. There's the classic black calfskin with a palladium buckle, perfect for adding instant polish to any outfit. Then there's the one in a rich, cognac hue with a hand-stitched alligator buckle, reserved for those special occasions where I want to turn heads. And let's not forget the playful pop of color I get from my bright red Epsom calfskin belt with a whimsical enamel buckle - it's like a smile around my waist. But the magic of Hermès Rodeo Drive goes beyond the belts themselves. It's the experience. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by impeccably dressed sales associates who treat you not just like a customer, but like a guest in their luxurious home. They're knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. They understand that buying a Hermès belt is an investment, both financial and emotional, and they take the time to help you find the perfect piece that reflects your unique style and personality. There have been afternoons where I've wandered through the store for hours, sipping champagne and trying on belts like I'm trying on diamonds. It's not just about shopping; it's about indulging in a little bit of retail therapy, a touch of pure, unadulterated luxury. And every time I leave with a new Hermès belt around my waist, I feel a little bit taller, a little bit more confident, a little bit closer to that movie-star version of myself that lives on Rodeo Drive. So, if you're ever in the mood for a truly special shopping experience, I urge you to make a pilgrimage to the Hermès store on Rodeo Drive. And while you're there, do yourself a favor and take a look at the belts. You might just find yourself walking out with a piece of Parisian luxury that will become a treasured part of your wardrobe for years to come. I hope this review captures the essence of the Hermès Rodeo Drive experience, focusing on the quality and craftsmanship of the belts, the impeccable service, and the overall feeling of luxury that pervades the entire store. Signed, Brian Chee

The young lady at the front door was pleasant. I was greeted with a smile and she called a sales person over to help me immediately. The Sales Person was, as you'd expect, was a typical snob. She had the temerity to use the line "for the sake of time" when I asked about a particular scarf from their 2023 line. I was going to query "for the sake of your time or mine?" but wanting to keep things civil and needing a gift for the GF. Iconic orange wrapped packaging, scarf and scarf ring purchased. I'm sure the GF will exchange :) so dealing with the snobbery will be her issue moving forward.

The store is the absolute best. I won’t step foot in another, they treat me and my dogs like family. Whenever I am in, everybody is very helpful and I can’t say more about the staff at this location, specially my sales rep! Thank you for all you do, and for the amazing products that you manufacture!

The service is terrible, and I waited outside for about 2 hours. Only customers I know are going in through the back door. It's too much.

What a treasured first time Hermes experience on Saturday! I'm not really a "luxury gal" (Issey Miyake, vintage, and contemporary brands are more my vibe) but I really wanted to get an Hermes Apple Watch band for my anniversary gift and overall value quality over quantity. Hermes seems to fit that timeless, artisan, classic bill. This was the first time myself or husband stood in line for a store! Haha A woman came out and inquired what we were there to shop for (along with the other people in line) and 20 minutes later we were assigned to a sales associate and support by another gent. They were gracious and answered all our questions, etc. We also received a mini tour of the 3 floors and enjoyed learning more about the brand! Perhaps a great sales pitch, but the gesture was very kind and appreciated. Our admiration for the brand has grown. I look forward to shoes, small leather goods and accessories in the future. Maybe a twilly scarf too! (Birken too much and old lady imo lol)
