“When U-Haul changed the pick-up location for the truck I had reserved to a more distant site, I thought I'd try the Budget Truck Rental in Beverly Hills, which I had originally assumed would be more expensive than U-Haul. I was wrong. Budget Truck Rental turned out to be much better priced than U-Haul and far more convenient. Picking up and dropping off at the Budget office were a breeze too. I had the genuine pleasure of working with Henry at the Budget Truck Rental in Beverly Hills, who was as thoughtful, supportive, and accommodating as could be. Thank you, Henry, for making my truck rental so easy and for your much-appreciated kindness.”

“Had a great experience renting a truck from U-Haul! The staff were super friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy. The truck was clean, ran great, and pickup and drop-off went without a hitch.
My only issue was with the U-Haul app — it’s a little glitchy and didn’t work quite as smoothly as I expected. It froze a couple of times during check-in and return, which made things take longer than they should have.
Other than that, everything else was top-notch. I’d definitely rent from U-Haul again — just hoping the app gets a little tune-up soon!
