“The facility has easy access from Olympic Blvd and is pristine clean. The staff is helpful, friendly, organized, and professional. I was so happy to have found a self-storage facility that actually delivers exceptional customer care. I had an unexpected urgent need for storage of some personal belongings. The agent that introduced himself and worked with me extended exceptional customer care, explanation of options, security, and the safety features of the building. I was impressed by the automatic lighting on the floors, inability for customers from other floors to go to floors other than the assigned floor, locks, open hours, and even support for an urgent need for access after hours.
It's really a nice self-storage facility!”

“5 stars. If you been here you know what's up.. But if not there are 4 departments here. Security Booth will help you with your parking and returning your vehicle. Main Truck Rental building (with bathrooms) don't forget to bring your ID as you'll be signing contracts and they'll be making a copy of it. Job name and company will make the process smoother. Expendables will be the ones signing out extras on the truck/van (rachet straps, furniture pads, sandbags, etc), and lastly the friends who check the vehicle out to you. They will be giving you your add ons from expendables and photographing your vehicle. Arrive Early, Drive Safe and don't be an A-Hole just because you having a bad day. You are blessed and working in LA when a lot of us in the Industry aren't. Peace be with you ✌🌞”

“Giving it 4 instead of 5 just because of how expensive it was but other than that, they're a good group of people who are literally always there (when open), super helpful, cut my lock for me a few times when I forgot my keys. I left some stuff behind and they charged decently to discard the items for me, the move out paperwork was done before we were even halfway thru moving out so it was swift and smooth”

“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“I recently used U-Haul U-Box for a move from Los Angeles, CA to Madison, WI, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly easy and well organized. Customer service was excellent, communication was clear, pickup and delivery were on time, and the U-Box itself arrived in great condition.
I was especially impressed with how seamless the logistics were across such a long-distance move. Every step happened exactly when it was supposed to, which took a lot of stress out of the process.
My only minor issue was with the moving blankets. I was told I would receive 25 blankets, but two of the packs had already been opened and the total count was closer to 22–23. That said, it was a very small concern in an otherwise outstanding experience.
Overall, I would absolutely use U-Haul U-Box again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a long-distance move.”
“I have been renting from Penske for many years and the service has always been great. Honestly speaking things do come up like they do in life. WE plan but things dont always go as we have planned so we have to be understanding I say this because no company bats 100% but they do their best and that what counts. In 1 occasion I dropped an envelope with appr $500 and it fell in the back of the seat. How I did not notice it missing i cant explain . I never reported it to them as I was unaware i had lost it. Many months later I got a call from them and they informed me that they were cleaning out their lost and found and they noticed the envelope. They opened it up and found my name and date i had withdrawn the money and they were able to trace it back to my rental that day. Anyways they called me and let me know they had my money. I was surprised and thankful. This is not the only reason I am taking the time to write a review . If that would not have happened I would still be writing this review as they have always given 100% .”
“Went to the Airbrush shop in the Slauson Mall. There are 2 booths. I went to A-22 to Sunnydaze! He's the man!!! He does an amazing job on clothes, shoes, backdrops. The number listed on slauson swapmeet website is not correct. The area code is not 320 it's 310.”

“My rating is for the excellent service I got from Seadler! He was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He even drove to my work for papers to be signed to get the process moving faster. Now getting the DMV process through their finance department to my credit union was a bit slow since I used my own credit union to finance the truck. Overall the staff is very nice and accommodating so I would give them another chance when we need another truck.”

“Great customer service. Julia is amazing. She saves our production at the last minute. We were refused service at Sammy's Camera Rental on the spot after providing insurance coverage they requested ahead if time. Sammy threw last min6 curve balls claiming the insurance was not enough and many excuses. Our cameraman hooke$ us up with Julie late Friday night. Julie was very nice and worked with us until we were set the night prior. We arrived early next morning to pick up the rental. She was very nice again and meticulously helped us to organize everything. We were out within an hr and she saved us to reschedule everything. Thanks, Julie, We will rent again.”

“Whatever you don't ever go to this tire place to rent a uhaul truck. They are absolutely the worst people to do business with. They charge you what and how they feel like. They put the charge on your credit card although you tell them you are paying in cash. Trust me don't go there.”
