“I love using the urgent care online with telehealth at Total health and wellness urgent care for all my urgent care needs. I am able to avoid waiting in lines and am able to get most of my prescriptions through telehealth. I have used this telehealth service when I had a urinary tract infection, as well as an upper respiratory infection in the past and both times were stellar. I have also used it to get refills on my son’s ADHD medications which were extremely helpful to us because we were leaving California and going on vacation and our regular doctor was out of the office. This is really a great and affordable service you are providing, and I really hope more people will take use it like how I do. Thank you Total health and wellness urgent care online!”

“Based on the low review score I didn't know what to expect but I had a great experience. The entrance to the parking garage is on Le Doux Ave. It is directly below the building. Quest validates for 15mins free then its $1.75 per 15mins so it can add up. The side street is no parking anytime. There were loads of parking spots. They say RESERVED but the small print is Reserved for patients and visitors. I made the mistake of skipping those parking spots and going much farther then I need to. I chose an early morning appt. I checked in via the Quest app via my phone. I'm glad I did because the front desk person was helping an elderly lady check-in and that took awhile. I was seen right on time. The attendant was friendly, professional and took care of everything. I brought a printout of my lab order to give the attendant and I had a copy of the pdf on my phone as well. Quest system doesn't work with every single doctor's office in t he country so I have learned that the easiest thing is to bring a printout with me or call their 1800# and confirm that the local site has my lab order. I hustled back down to the parking garage and made it out within 15mins so I paid nothing for parking. Overall a great experience and I'll keep coming to this location as long as I am in the area.”
