“I love using the urgent care online with telehealth at Total health and wellness urgent care for all my urgent care needs. I am able to avoid waiting in lines and am able to get most of my prescriptions through telehealth. I have used this telehealth service when I had a urinary tract infection, as well as an upper respiratory infection in the past and both times were stellar. I have also used it to get refills on my son’s ADHD medications which were extremely helpful to us because we were leaving California and going on vacation and our regular doctor was out of the office. This is really a great and affordable service you are providing, and I really hope more people will take use it like how I do. Thank you Total health and wellness urgent care online!”

“made an appointment for same day, was in and out in less than 20 minutes. i parked at a meter outside, but i learned they can give patients a 15 minute parking validation for downstairs. good to know!”
“I was anticipating the worst based on the bad ratings (2.7 overall as I write this - March 2026) and also based on my horrendous experience at the Quest lab on Wilshire last year but honestly, all went well. I did have an appointment and checked in at the self-service kiosk. They called me in a few minutes before my appointment and drew my blood with no issues. Brooke was very efficient and professional. I guess, just make sure to make an appointment before going there. Took one star off because they never answer the phone if you have a small question, etc... Then again, Quest probably understaffs their locations on purpose.”
