The team is sweet and super nice, creating a seamless, fun, and memorable experience. Visitors are immediately greeted and offered water. The staff is patient, explaining watches in detail, and makes the experience one of the best compared to other watch boutiques. A key highlight is the in-house watchmaker, who is funny, engaging, and tells great stories, with a clear and infectious love for the craft. The boutique has a great selection of watches, allowing clients to see pieces in person that they may overlook online, as everything is better in person. The service level is high, with staff providing great communication on timelines. For those looking for a watch outside of the normal brands, Vacheron Constantin is a strong consideration.
