I contacted Ben to let him know that I wanted to upgrade my 1.33 ct center diamond to a bigger one. He began helping me by sending me pictures of diamonds with size, grade, clarity, etc. He started searching for some that would meet the quality and price range we were looking for and we scheduled an appointment. “Another exceptional experience with David at Patek Philippe at GEARYS on Rodeo Drive.

We stopped by this time to have David help us set one of our more complicated Patek Philippe watches, and watching him work is honestly remarkable. Without hesitation—and entirely from memory—he knew exactly how to set everything perfectly. With a highly complicated timepiece, that level of knowledge and confidence is incredibly impressive and is just one of the many reasons we trust him so much.

Having worked with David on several watches now, what continues to stand out is the depth of his knowledge of Patek Philippe. He seems to know everything about the different references—the movements, complications, history, subtle differences between pieces, and all of the fascinating details and stories that make collecting Patek so special.
