“Went into the store to grab some essential after sun gel because no matter how much sunscreen I put on throughout the day. I ended up with a nasty sunburn on my feet and shoulders. There were not many items in stock, so not sure if it's a supply issue or others in my same situation. While in the store, we bought necessary snacks for our movie and game night for our last night in Big Bear. We were in and out pretty quick.”
“Had to get new chains and Carolina was super helpful over-the-phone and in-person to make sure we have the correct tire number for the right chains and tightener. Paid less than $100 for cable chains and tighteners.”

“Stopped by to pick up a FedEx package. FedEx was not here on time but I’m sure that’s always the case. Very nice store. I was surprised to see certain things like big bear souvenirs and World Cup soccer memorabilia. Very surprising mix of items, even frozen foods and hard liquor available. The prices are a little higher on most things, but that’s to be expected. It’s nice to know if I’m coming here for a FedEx that I can pick up a few things while I’m here if I need them.”
“Great staff always friendly and professional and highly supported by this Big Bear Lake resident. Facility is always clean. Their hot items are great for a quick bite to eat. It does sometimes get busy with out of town visitors who are sometimes impatient in our small town.”
“I stopped by to purchase our office pool Lottery tickets instead of buying them at a big corporate supermarket. The cashier was very nice and friendly while she handled my multiple transactions for Super Lotto. The store seems to get their regular local customers as the cashier seemed to know everyone coming in.”
“I'd say the place was alright. me and my mom went there to get air in her tires, so she went inside to ask for the air to be turned on which went fine. After like 5 minutes the air got turned back off though, I'm not sure if all gas stations turn it off after a few minutes or not, but I think my mom wanted to try to fill up more of her tires but she didn't get the chance to.”
“i luv empty spaces this supermarket had far less person than the NYC ones except watch for police that follow you as you drive away to issue tickets warning cops followed me cuz im not from around here maybe???? i purchased food liek bread and cheese swiss to make a sandwich you know mayo tomatoe and a drink gator aid”

“If I could give this employee more stars I would after telling him that I just left the ampm in the area that states that it's 24 hours online and I drove all the way over and it wasn't. I came to the 7-Eleven and this guy went out of his way to not only make coffee fresh for me because there was none available but he gave me information that I did not know after years of coming to 7-Eleven by far the best customer service that I have been given at a gas station in so long. Thank you so very much to this gentleman and I'm sorry I just didn't get your name before I left.”

“Just your standard Valero gas station, parking is real tight because it shares the location with a body shop. Staff was really nice, only downfall is no public restroom.”
