“Such a cute little gem in the Village! The store has such a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere, with a wonderful selection of books, crystals and stones, candles, scents, clothing, accessories, jewelry, decorative pieces, and so many other unique goodies.I ended up buying a beautiful little water fountain, and the price was very reasonable. What really made my experience special was the customer service. I wanted to make sure the fountain worked before purchasing it, and the lovely lady helping me was more than happy to carefully open the box, plug it in, test it for me, and even explain how to use it properly at home. She was incredibly friendly and never made me feel like my request was an inconvenience.
Customer service was honestly 100/5! I had such an enjoyable experience here and will definitely be back. This is one of those little shops where you can take your time exploring because there’s always something interesting to discover.”

“Scenic Gifts is such a cute little gem in Big Bear! They have a great selection of just about everything, but for me, the fun signs and little mountain-themed details were my favorite. One sign especially made me laugh: “Camping where friends and marshmallows get toasted.” 😂🏕🔥 It’s little touches like this that give the shop that playful Big Bear mountain vibe and make it fun to simply walk around and explore.Value-wise, I’d say the prices were fair, although definitely not on the cheaper side, and also I didn’t notice any special promotions during my visit. The atmosphere was very chill, and customer service was just okay. It took a little while before someone came over to open one of the glass display cases for me, but honestly, I didn’t mind. The staff were chatting with other customers, making them laugh and enjoy their time, and I actually love seeing that kind of friendly interaction.

I ended up buying a few cute pieces. One of my friends absolutely loves bears and collects them, so whenever I’m in a mountain town, I can’t resist picking up another little bear treasure for him. 🐻🤎 It makes the shopping experience even sweeter knowing I’m bringing home something that will make someone I care about smile. Overall, Scenic Gifts was a fun little stop and definitely added some extra charm to my Big Bear day! Walk in and youll love ittttttttt!!!!”

“Came here to purchase a carved bear. Vicky was super helpful and friendly. The store felt very welcoming, like I was walking into someone's house. They had a great selection of decorations and a bunch of items carved out of wood. I'm super happy with my bear (they had a good selection, and different sizes). I'll be coming back. Prices were also great compared to some of the other stores in the area.”

“Cute little store that has a lot of clothing & other items with bears on them. Very rustic bear themed items which I think we can all agree we love seeing that especially in the mountains. Prices were reasonable to high because of the specialty items you won't find anywhere nearby especially in California but it was very doable. The older lady that helped us was very sweet and helpful. Definitely worth a looksy if you're visiting up there.”

Our purchase for the afternoon 6/26/26 were beautiful mineral pendants very reasonable on the pricing and one of the nicest/ coolest hoodies I've seen in a while, again very reasonable on the price and the cutest little geode pendant that came with a free cord with multiple colors to choose from. Customer service was great. She was so sweet and attentive. The shop started to get pretty full, she was calm and greeted every single person with a smile. Had such a lovely experience here and we will definitely return. Thank you for your kindness... It didn't go unnoticed🐾🫶🏻”

“This store is in the heart of The Village along Village Drive. This cute little store has a great selection of items ranging from small collectible items or souvenirs to pajamas, shirts, hats, coffee mugs, you name it. We like the pajamas most of all especially the ones named Moose Caboose and Bear Bum. This store celebrates bears. There is limited free parking in front with plenty of additional free public parking behind the store. But what makes this special and unique was the young lady named Blue, that we met working at the store. She was simply the best with a great personality and bubbly attitude regarding her job, it was a pleasure meeting her. Blue was also very helpful in suggesting other things to do while visiting Big Bear Lake, thank you. To the owners or management of this establishment, with an employee like Blue, you are blessed for sure.”
